Bexar Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Time Trackr mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Time Trackr is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers. All timer sessions and app data are stored locally on your device.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

Timer session data: Session names, elapsed times, lap times, participant names, and timestamps
App preferences: Sound, haptic feedback, and display settings
Favorites: Sessions you mark as favorites

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
Device identifiers for tracking purposes
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Health or fitness data

2. How Your Data Is Used

Data stored by the App is used solely to:

Display your timer history and session details
Remember your app preferences
Enable CSV export functionality when you choose to share data

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing App functionality.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties.

The only way your data leaves your device is if you explicitly choose to:

Export session data to CSV and share it via email, AirDrop, or other services
Share your device with others who can access the App

4. Data Storage and Security

All App data is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. Data security is provided by:

iOS device encryption (when enabled on your device)
iOS app sandboxing, which prevents other apps from accessing Time Trackr data

We do not have access to your data, and it is not transmitted to any external servers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can delete your data at any time by:

Deleting individual sessions within the App
Using "Delete All Data" in Settings
Uninstalling the App (this removes all App data)

6. In-App Purchases

If you make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles payment data.

7. Children's Privacy

Time Trackr does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation or collection of personal data from any user.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions (processes only anonymous transaction data)

These services have their own privacy policies governing their data practices.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

The right to access your data (available within the App)
The right to delete your data (available within the App)
The right to export your data (available via CSV export)

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not have access to it, you have full control over your information.
