Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Time Trackr mobile application (the "App") operated by Bexar Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Time Trackr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

Time Trackr is a timer application that provides:

Classic stopwatch functionality with lap tracking
Sequential/relay timing for groups
Multi-person simultaneous tracking
Session history and data export

The App is designed for general timing purposes including productivity tracking, team activities, and personal use.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Remove any proprietary notices from the App

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your device
All data you create, store, or export using the App
Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws
Any names or information you enter into the App

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

5.1 Premium Features

Time Trackr may offer premium features through in-app purchases, including:

Monthly subscriptions
Annual subscriptions
Lifetime purchases

5.2 Payment

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

5.3 Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page or contact Apple Support.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, graphics, and content, is owned by Bexar Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Time Trackr" and the Bexar Labs name and logo are trademarks of Bexar Labs LLC.

7. Data and Content

7.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create within the App, including session names, participant names, and timer data. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.

7.2 Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

7.3 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, App uninstallation, software updates, or any other cause. We recommend regularly exporting important session data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF TIMING DATA

We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Timer accuracy will be suitable for any particular purpose
Any errors in the App will be corrected

IMPORTANT: Time Trackr is not intended for use in situations where precise timing is critical for safety, legal, medical, or professional certification purposes. Do not rely solely on this App for official timekeeping.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEXAR LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve (12) months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bexar Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your license to use the App will immediately cease
You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Posting the updated Terms within the App
Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bexar Labs LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
